Sri Foods sells food for pickup at our counter only. We do not deliver or ship anything. Nothing is sent by courier or post.

- Online orders are taken only during opening hours (10:30 AM – 9:30 PM · last online order 9:00 PM).
- After payment you see your token number and an estimated ready time on your order page, which updates live.
- If you chose a later pickup time, or a menu section opens later (for example lunch), your order is ready from that time.
Collecting your order
- Show your token number (or the order page) at the counter. If you opted in, we also tell you on WhatsApp when it's ready.
- Please collect it on time so it's fresh. We keep it until closing time; after that it can't be refunded.
- Check your items at the counter before you leave.
