1. Who we are
The seller of the food and the merchant receiving your payment is:
- Business (seller)
- Zesto Foods
This ordering website is run by Zesto Foods using the Food Club ordering software.
2. What we offer
- Online ordering and payment for food that you collect yourself at our counter. We do not deliver.
- After payment you get a token number (for example S-012). Show it at the counter to collect your order.
- Online orders are taken only during our opening hours. Some menu sections have their own serving times, shown on the menu.
3. Who can order
You must be able to enter into a contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872. If you are under 18, please order with the permission of a parent or guardian. Give your real name and your own mobile number.
4. Menu, prices and taxes
- All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹). The menu shows whether GST is included in the price or added on top; the checkout shows the full amount before you pay.
- Any extra charge (for example takeaway packing) is shown at checkout before you pay.
- Pictures and icons are for illustration. Items can sell out; sold-out items can't be ordered.
- If a price shown is clearly wrong because of a technical error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.
5. Your order
- Your order is confirmed only when your payment succeeds and you see your token number.
- Dishes are prepared as described on the menu. Changes to ingredients may not be possible.
- We may decline or cancel an order (for example if an item runs out, we have to close unexpectedly, or there is a technical problem). If we do, you get a full refund as described in our Refund & cancellation policy.
6. Payment
- Online payments are made by UPI (or other methods shown) through RBI-authorised payment gateways such as PhonePe Payment Gateway or Razorpay.
- We never see or store your UPI PIN, card number or bank login. The payment gateway's own terms also apply to the payment.
- If money is debited but your order is not confirmed, the amount is reversed as per RBI rules. See the Refund policy.
- You will get an invoice (bill) for every paid order; GST is charged as required by law.
7. Pickup
Please collect your order at the pickup time shown. Orders not collected by closing time may have to be thrown away for food safety reasons and cannot be refunded. Details: Pickup policy.
8. Food safety and allergies
Our food is prepared in a kitchen that handles milk, nuts, wheat (gluten), soy and other common allergens. If you have an allergy or dietary need, ask at the counter before ordering. Veg / non-veg marks on the menu follow FSSAI labelling.
9. Fair use
Please don't place fake orders, use someone else's payment details or mobile number, or try to disrupt or misuse the website. We may refuse service where this happens.
10. WhatsApp updates
If you agree at checkout (or order through our WhatsApp), we send your bill and a "ready for pickup" message on WhatsApp. These are order updates only, not ads. Reply STOP any time to stop them.
11. Our responsibility
We take care to keep the website working and your order right. To the extent the law allows, our responsibility for any problem with an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms takes away your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 or any other law.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page when you place an order applies to that order.
